The apartment is quiet thanks to the sound proofing system that insulate the spaces from both internal and external noises. The armored front door prevents from noises coming from the exterior stairs and ensure secure and privacy.

The house

Casa Daria is located in the center of Ponte Arche – Terme di Comano and accommodates up to 6 people.
It is located on the fourth floor of an ancient building that historically was a meeting point for the inhabitants both for business activities and its central position.
Nearby you’ll find bars, restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream parlor, a pharmacy, clothing stores, a bank, an hairdresser and a beautician.
Kitchen
The kitchen is brand new and equipped with all the electrical appliances you need everyday.
It is composed by an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher and a sink.
It is well stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, pots and everything you need to live the kitchen like you were at home.
Living room
The living room is very comfortable, with a sofa bed and an armchair as well as a dining table and a xx-inch TV.
A French window leads to the balcony that surrounds the apartment on three sides. The apartment is exposed at southeast and it’s well-lit thanks to the windows that let the natural sunlight come in.
Bathroom
The bathroom, newly renovated, is spacious and has a window.
The bathroom fixtures are brand new and the shower is large, particularly comfortable and designed to let the water flow optimally, avoiding leaks on the floor thus.
In the bathroom is available a hair dryer, particularly useful for those with long hair.

The double bedroom is spacious, equipped with night tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and a TV xx inches.
The room is well lit thanks to the sunlight that comes in from the window, as well as for the light colors of the walls and furniture.
